How do I create a HABA America Account online?

Signing up for a HABA America account is free and easy. Click here to get started.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

HABA America offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all purchased orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For orders totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $8 for FedEx Ground. We require signature from receipient to secure the safe delivery. 

How is sales tax calculated?

Our online store are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers. A 9.50% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to California shipping addresses.

Are all the products authentic from here?

Yes. HABA America is U.S.A official site for HABA products. 

Who should  I contact with product information or questions?

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We are sorry, but we do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Registering is not required, however, we highly recommend to register with us to save ordering process time in the future. You will also receive the membership discount rate and latest product information from us.

What if I forget my username or password?

9.Click on “My Account” on the upper left hand corner. You will be directed to a user name or password lookup page. Please enter your user name or password and wait for 2 minutes to receive an email with your user name or password.

Can I ship and bill to different addresses?

Yes, you can. However, verification of the shipping address may be required, which may take up to five business days. We will contact you in the event that we are seeking verification from your credit card company.

 How do I participate in sampling and/or promotions?

Occasionally our websites may offer Free Samples with over $49 purchase. These could be added automatically to your Shopping Bag or coupon generated. Please see the terms and restrictions of the specific offer for more details.

Coupon Codes

To redeem a Coupon Code (also known as a promotional code) enter the code while looking at your Shopping Bag. In your Shopping Bag enter your code in the "Coupon Code" area. Push the "Apply" button to see the coupon code added to your Shopping Bag. Please remember to enter the coupon code exactly the same way you received it (Caps or non-caps) otherwise your coupon will not be applied to your order. To remove a coupon code simply press the {X} on the right of the code in your Shopping Bag.

 **Please note that excessive misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation.

HABA America may restrict or limited redemption to one per client.

Do you charge sales tax?

By law, where company conduct business required  the same sales tax collection selling over the Internet as any other retailers.  For California residents, a 9% sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to California shipping addresses.

Are my money transactions safe and secured?

Yes, we are using industry-leading SSL technology for all your information being encrypted in transmission and it’s the same technology used by all major online retailers and for online banking.

What should I do if I receive a Payment Processing Error?

Most payment processing errors are result in our fraud protection service detecting a difference in billing address from your credit card company. Please make sure the billing address is same as it appears on your credit card statement.

What should I do if the items I received in damage, defective or wrong order?

If the return is due to HABA America’s reason, such as we shipped the incorrect item(s) / merchandise or the item(s) / merchandise was damaged/defective upon arrival,  the full cost of the merchandise and ALL shipping charges will be refunded from HABA America. Please view the Return and Exchanges page for details.

How do I change my account information?
